Retired coffee house owner Franz is a real hypochondriac. When he overhears the doctor's prognosis during a visit to the doctor, everything is clear to Franz: the terminally ill patient can only mean himself. He has three weeks left to sort out the affairs of his life. So the old man sets out to finally make peace with his daughter Johanna.
